Practical Applications for Building Fairness, Access and Belonging (KIN002-e)

Description
This interactive learning lab builds on the foundational concepts introduced in the Building Fairness, Access, and Belonging training, offering participants a hands-on opportunity to deepen their understanding and apply what they've learned. Through guided reflection, group dialogue, and practical exercises, participants will revisit key terms and ideas related to fairness, access, and belonging, while developing the confidence to engage in supportive conversations.

In this training, participants will examine how their own identities shape their perspectives and professional practices and explore real-world strategies for fostering welcoming environments for all individuals.
